I am glad it is Sharks/Blues in the West. I want Hurricanes out of the East and don't care which one out of the West, but kind of hoping for Blues. They have the longest streak without winning the cup since they are older then the Sharks.
I am glad he is gone he can take his puppet with him. I hope Steve Y gets rid of him just like Holland did to Edmonton's coach after signing. Holland gave Peanut head a 2 year contract before they signed Steve as GM. Glad Steve is back. Datsyuk may be coming back too since his contract is up in Russia. When he left the Wings he had a year on his contract which was traded to the Coyotes. But he had to come back in that year for the Coyotes could make him play for them. He will be a free agent in the NHL now. I think Steve should clean couching house and get his own people in like he did when he went to the Lightning.

That would be ok with me. I am hoping Blues make the Finals since they are the oldest team to never win the Cup. There is a couple of players on the Sharks I like. The Bruins have 1 player from where I am living. The Hurricanes have had connections to Detroit since the beginning plus I like the coach. Was fun watching him play. My brother wants Bruins and Sharks. He was the one that got me into hockey. The boys wants that black thing on the white stuff to win. All 3 have been in here catching their view of the game.

Just watched last 5 minutes of game 4. I know Boston has always been tough team to beat. I wanted Hurricanes cause I they would be the easier team out of the West. I just haven't been able to watch a whole game this year including the Wings. My favorite Boston player didn't play today. I like Charo.

I normally pick a D man sometimes drives my brother crazy. He like Rask too. His favorite all time hockey player on all teams was Bobby Orr. Yah I have told him many times he was a D man. Out of the West it looks like it is going to take 7 games the way they are playing. I want the Blues cause they are the older team and has never won but I like the Sharks cause one of my favorite Wings player now plays on the Sharks. Game 5 tomorrow. It might hurt the Bruins like it did the Hurricanes being off too long. We will have to wait and see.

Blues win last game 5 - 0 and lead series now 3 - 2 so maybe we get Boston vs Blues in finals if Blues win next game. Too long time out of ice isn´t good thing.

Couldn't sleep as it is now 3:15am. So got on here as the Blues/Sharks replay is on tv. I hate that the score went across the bottom of the tv so got on here. Andrew not happy with me cause he is ready for bed and I am up. I see it is going to be Blues/Bruins starting Monday. So not as long as the Hurricanes had to wait. The Blues are going to give them a run for their money. The Bruins better not let the Blues score early cause if it goes the way it did with the Sharks it could mean the Bruins will be the one that will lose.

Hard to believe the Blues were in last place in January and now in the Stanley Cup finals. I hope the Blues wins the cup. They have never won. That will make 2 years in a row that will be first time winners.

I read from paper that Blues were finals last time 49 years ago. They have to win. Was Vegas first?

Vegas got to the finals their first year in the NHL. The Wings had the other longest streak that ended after 42 years in 1997. The Wings are one of the original six. The Blues came in at the same time the Kings and 12 other teams. The Blues gave the game away the other day. Tonight is game 2.
