What are you favorite cat-related strips?

I adore Breaking Cat News by Georgia Dunn. A daily, syndicated strip with a cast of distinct individuals--you're bound to find one who reminds you of your baby. Before syndication, Dunn published the strip on her own site, and there you can find early versions of stories that have since appeared in newspapers, as well as stories that haven't (yet). Trivia: the real-life Lupin and Puck were adopted from Purrfect Pals rescue, the group Foster Dad John of the Critter Room works with. In fact, Puck's life was saved with the help of the rescue's Tipper Fund, which FDJ's chatters have raised funds for.

Boy I'm still alive. Space Slave dog wasn't happy fed last. Now to you topic. My all time favorite cat strip was Garfield. I liked Heathcliff just as much. I also like Simon's Cat.

I got a question to add to this. Other then Tiny Kittens, what other groups do you follow on facebook and you can include Tiny Kittens too? I am talking about groups that help cats and kittens. I know the Fuzzy Bums Bitty Space Program is a group LOL.

Mine is Tiny Kittens, SHAHS with Hero, LAPS, and 9 Lives Those are all I can think of because the cats names get in my head. I have done the thing for PuffectPals when they had been trying to win. Just curious.

My local rescue (whence came Jenny) is the Animal Rescue League of Boston. Good organization--been around a long time, involved in legislative lobbying and abuse investigations, take care of community cats, and, of course, rescue poor little gray and white cats who can't really fend for themselves on the streets.

Which reminds me--it's time for Jenny & me to make our annual anniversary donation!

The fuzzybums enjoy Simon's Cat a lot - I think in part because the lines are so simple, they follow them and poke it on screen.  Not a strip though is it?

I think one of my all time favourite cartoon strips, after of course Calvin and Hobbes, was Mother Goose and Grimm.  Not kitties (dogs), but man were they funny.  You don't see them anymore I don't think.

Simon's Cat is classic. Simon knows cats. I also enjoy Henri le Chat Noir.
