I thought this one would be interesting. Trips you have gone on as a kid and as an adult and also you favorite place to go.
As a kid was 1976 to Canada side of the Falls. Niagara Falls was fun. It was at the same time the Olympics were in Montreal. It was our first long trip we went on that wasn't to my grandparents in New Jersey. They had passed away. The Falls Canada side was my trip choice. I have 3 brothers and when we did trips after my grandparents passed away we each got to chose one. We didn't go places every year. We did lots of Michigan day trips. We went to Cedar Point in Ohio lots of times. Being from Michigan we get a discount price. Chicago was a road trip too. We got there ate and drove back home. My dad liked to drive so was nothing to get in the car and go.
As an adult was 2016 to Arcadia, California to the Breeders Cup. My boss sent me there for a week. I didn't have to pay for hotel, air, or races. It was so much fun. I am going back in October to the same place. My old boss is doing my hotel as pay for computer stuff I have been doing for him. He doesn't even know how to turn one of these things on. I have gone to lots of Detroit Red Wings away games and Disneyworld and Land and San Diego Zoo. But I still think The Breeders Cup is my most favorite. I have done all these by myself.
Me gotted trip too. Me go to dis big store in me stroller car. Me getted toy and Kory getted bone but we haded to wait to have us tuff till we getted home. We gotted Alex sumding too but him no go.

My parents took us a lot of historical places when we were young. Gettysburg, valley forge, Boston, DC. We also visited my grandparents in Florida.
my fav place to go to is DisneyWorld, still. I’m an annual pass holder.
i take groups of students to Europe every summer. I love Paris. This summer we are going to Rome and Athens, next summe Madrid and Gibraltar.

Only place I have been out of the USA is Canada and Mexico. I went to Mexico for the day while I was in San Diego. I have been to DC many times. Have never been to the other places you said. I have been to New York City a lot. My grandparents live close to there. My mom said we went only a few times. I have been at least 4 times since 9-11. That year I took a bus trip to Toronto to go to the Hockey Hall of Fame.
Our family go every summer same place in homeland and 2 - 3 times in cruice to Stockholm Sweden when I was a kid.
Adult I have been in Viborg Russia 3 times, Tallin Estonia 4 or 5 times and Mallorca 1 time.
I like be home not travel so much.

That is why I travel only once a year. One of the VET are moving to Arizona. It is where I haven't been before. I have been invited to her area next year. She said we can go do stuff and I can stay at her house or a hotel but she said I will not need any car to get around. So maybe.

I like and can go visit and travel short trips. I can´t sit a long at car or plain etc because my legs start hurting too much and then I can´t walk.
Maybe this summer we can go to trip to next town.

Michigan to California is over 2000 miles in the air. I always take flights that have a stop . I just hate wanting for the next leg of the flight. I can't take the direct flight. We have 2 good airlines Southwest and Delta. I like Southwest better. Delta offers more flights but Southwest is cheaper. Southwest people are the better of the 2. I ended up missing the boys when I pull out of the driveway. Oh well people say I am crazy.

Wow... it´s alot of flying and much more if want drive by car there.
Here we have only 1 Finnish airplane company (Finnair) and airplanes from other countries (Germany, Japan, US, Canada etc.) lands in Helsinki.
Of course you will be missing the boys it´s not crazy thing to do at all. If someone say that it´s crazy she/he don´t understand that cats/dogs are like children to us. We will miss them when we are vacation or holiday without them or if cat/dog is sick we are worried about our fur children.

Because of the Max 8 problems neither airline is booking as far out as I need them to. I am going to be gone from October 30 to November 5. The main thing I am doing is on November 1 and 2. The Southwest only are booking till November 2. No really don't want to walk home LOL. I can wait just like to get it planned. I have been on Southwest Max 8 planes. They are really nice but rather be safe then sorry. Southwest did have 1 plane that took off in Florida and the alarms went off and the pilot did a turn around and landed safely. The plane was empty except the 2 pilots. They had to get special permission to fly it and was going to Dallas, Texas with it. When it landed Southwest and Boeing{Plane maker} sent people to Florida to find out what happened. I never heard what was wrong.

Long way to home by walking... Not good thing for legs and shoes LOL.
I read years a go that it´s bigger chance get hit by car then be on a plain and get kill. Better be safe then sorry and turn back if alarms start jelling.
Maybe this summer we go next city by car just for fun. Shopping (mama do shopping and I stay car) 1 or 2 stores. I like when visits and car rides are short, 2 hours max. My legs and knees start hurt too much if I must sit long and I can´t walk very long any more because my health proplems. I like watch out from car windows when we doing summer trips.

I am thinking about taking a day trip to Chicago by train. It is a nice trip but Chicago has become so dangerous lately. The area I go in seems to be out of the news but my ankle isn't long walks friendly anymore. When you get there you have about 3 hours before you have to be back at the station. It is a 4 hour train ride. I like seeing the town you pass through. Lots of them aren't serviced by the train anymore. We have the oldest train station in the State. If I go it will be the middle of the Summer. I have the other trip at the end of the year.

I like train trips. Last time when I was in trip by train it was over 10 years ago. 4 hours is long time. I take about 4 hours trips 1 time/month when I had not met my wife yet.

I like train trips. I don't drive so there is no road trips unless I go with someone. I did a long bus trip but had a very bad time so won't do that anymore. So for me to travel I have to train or plane. I an really getting excited about my end of year trip. That one is a plane trip but because of the MAX planes being grounded I can't do my plane part of the trip. Oh well I still have just short of 6 months.

I don´t drive neither but mama drive so I do road trips with her. Hope planes start flying so you can do plane part too.
I hope that we do ours road trip in summer when mama have her vacation. Last summer we don´t go anywhere. We will see what happen this summer.

Some times Staycations are fun too. Just stay home and do nothing. I have done them too. But unless I change time zones I get up and go to bed at the same times I do when I am working. I think that is why I like going to California.
