Hey eber bode. Me mom tooked me Kory Space Slave dog to da V E T dis day. Him needed dat doctor person. Me hadded tay home wif da brats. Mom eben forgotted to yet dem out of der room befored her lefted. Her tooked him in what her called ambulands. I called me space stroller. Me was good boy Me telled mom him no feeled good. Me stayed by him crate most night. Mom had him doctor looked at him. Me asked mom what him wrong. Mom telled me him gotted a little fluid in him chest caused by him heart problem. Mom telled me we has to gived him more him heart mouf tuff. Mom telled me dey dided pitchers you see him inside. Me dink him gotted monster in der. Mom telled me dey see some fluided but no bad mount. Him has yittle mount. Him getted rid of it wif him Lasix. Me hoped so cause me lub me doggie. Me was happy see him home. Oh me gotted paid for watching yocked up brats too.

Yah Kory has a small amount of fluid in his chest. He had a major issue last July. It isn't that bad this time. We caught it in time. I know before Kory started the coughing that something was strange. Andrew was laying outside his crate when I got up to get a drink of water during the night. He woke me up before the alarm with coughing. He is on Lasix normally. He normally gets 10 mg in the morning and 2o mg at night. We have to give him 20 mg twice a day over the weekend. If he gets worst the doctor is a phone call away. That is a benefit working for a vet. We did xrays and there was small amount of fluid by his heart. Dr thinks he will be ok. Keep him calm which is easy when he isn't feeling well. No Andrew playing for now. She thinks this was brought on by weather and over playing. Other then the heavy breathing, no panting, and some coughing, which I haven't heard since I got home. I was going to go out riding my scooter tonight but decided to stay home with the boys. Oh well Andrew will make sure he stays calm.

Kory is doing a little better. Not much coughing. I have to use Andrew's space stroller again tomorrow to take him in to the VET to be rechecked. His doctor is in early so she will check him before she gets to excited. He will most likely have to stay on the higher Lasix a little longer. His heavy breathing is kind of normal I guess. Never paid attention to that. He has been doing lots of his crazy things that he did before he got sick. Andrew has also been coming to bed which he stopped when Kory got bad. We have air conditioners due to my asthma. The landlady doesn't charge me extra or I will move I told her. Kory's crate is a wire crate and is in the kitchen close to where the air conditioner goes in the window. My windows are just about 2 feet off the floor. The house is over 100 years old. Kory's air conditioner is a strong one. Cools all but my bedroom. I have an air conditioner in there too. We haven't had to put them in yet. I try to hold out till I have too since I love the windows open. According to our weather people we can go with just fans past the middle of the month. Kory has a personal fan. I should say when Andrew isn't laying between the fan and his crate. Yep that boy will steal fan air from his best friend. It was funny how Andrew acted so weird when Kory started the coughing. I will let you know how he is tomorrow. Once Kory is ok Andrew has to go get his rabies shot and he will not like it. He is evil at the VET.

Our weather people say that this week start very hot days and last hole summer. I don´t like too hot summer.
Andrew know that Kory don´t be ok when coughing start. Andrew is good boy.
Vili give bad look to doctor because he remember that pee pee thing. Last time Vili were trying back to box when doctor want check him. Vili were "ok, that´s it! We are out here Mama! Right now!!!" 😆.

I took Kory in on Monday he was doing better and we were going to keep the medication increase going for a week. Heard no coughing all day Monday. Well early Tuesday morning Kory started coughing again. Now he is coughing after he barks. He has been breathing hard but I don't know how long since his coat was so long. I got him shaved down two weeks ago tomorrow{Thursday}. I talked to the vet today and told her what he was doing. Yesterday we thought his cough was because of the excitement from Monday. Well with him doing coughing and trying to cough up junk as the doctor called it. We are going to add an antibiotic to his medications. As she said it can't hurt him. And if it is an URI we are taking care of that. It is warm today due to us having heavy storms this morning and now the sun is out. I had a towel and blanket with his personal fan on him. I took the blanket out and put his personal fan on him and added another fan to the room. I'm not ready to give up on him yet and neither is the vet. I will keep you updated under this thread.

Hope Kory get well soon. Hopefully, coughing will end after the course. If it has been a cough for a long time, it would have become a chronic cough or asthma. I was just thinking about the causes of coughing.
The old lady Roosa has mild asthma symptoms, she starts coughing and tries to get her throat clear as if she had a hair or something else that had gone into the throat. Coughing starts if she run a lot or get nervous and anxious when Vili comes too close and start chase her. We've got Roosa´s weight little down so it's also reducing cough.

Kory is starting to improve. He still has heavy breathing but only little coughing. I did a video of him and showed it to his VET today. She was happy with what she saw. He had just come in and was panting a little. She is thinking he has a virus and the increase Lasix and adding the clavamox is doing the trick. I got home yesterday and found his morning Lasix in his kennel. I was so mad at myself. I normally check on him to see if he got all his pills. He is resting more comfy. Tonight I went to let him out and it was 82 in his area. So yes he was panting again. I put a fan in his window and it had cooled down to 77 by the time he came back in. He was only out for about 10 minutes. Andrew has had a hard time the last couple of days too. They have been shooting off fire works, which is breaking the law as we have not firework except on holidays. They don't shot them when it gets dark. It is a $1000.00 USD if the cops catch you. He even ate his supper under my bed. Matthew is even afraid of them and Kory barks. I hate them too. 'They don't seem to bother Nate. Kory has been doing more barking with out coughing today which is the first in a week. VET thinks he picked up something at the groomers. I have called the groomer and she said she would pay his vet bills, but she hasn't heard any others saying they had trouble. I told her what I have had in vet bills is next to nothing cause of my discount. That isn't why I called her. She doesn't have crates so that is why I use her. I told her I might cancel his appointment in a couple of weeks. She did ask if it was cause of him being sick or because the vet thinks he got sick there. I told her cause of him being sick. I told her I would wait till the date gets closer. The wife of the guy that works on the scooter picks us up and she take her dog there too. She said her dog does cough so she wouldn't know if he was sick. She told her vet about Kory, her vet knows Kory as she uses to work with me till she brought her own practice. She put my friend's dog on a antibiotic just incase his cough is because of a virus. She gets a discount from that vet too as we all worked together. So I am told not to worry about Kory's breathing. Keep him quite and cool. Oh he has carried his hedgy to the stairs today which is an improvement.
