Sister was nasty this morning when I wanted to watch the bird-tv with her. Sister hit me and shouted at me to stay farther on her bird-tv. But bird-tv is also me and not my sister alone. Meowmy said to sister that she is quiet, keeps her feet on the table and behaves pretty.

Vili

Pinja hit Vili on his face with a paw and used her outer voice. I told Pinja to behave because both are allowed to watch the birds. In the morning there was a bigger bird, a magpie. Here the magpies are big and black-white.

Meowmy

Me seeed someding me no see on me birdie tv before yazy mom yeted me out for me morning pen time. Her putted me tie up ding den opened me door. Before me stepped out me see it. It was 1000 feet tall and 1,000,000 feet yong. It was hueg.  But it gotted  scared when it seeed me. It runned away. Me a mart boy and know me yooked big. Me mom needed tell you whated it was. Me know it was not a ding yike us. It no meow, woof, or tweet tweet. Me don't know if it maked noise but me know it big. Me also see me blue baby birdies and big blue birdies and yittle birdies mom called dem parrows. Me gotted rest after all dat and eated me bedfast.

Andrew

I am off today because it is a holiday here in the States. So Andrew went out a little later then he normally does. I hooked his leash on him every time he goes out just in case he opens the door of the fence. Yes he knows how to do that. He is good and when I open the door he comes right back in. Well I opened the door and out in the yard was a ground hog. It was standing up and Andrew wasn't sure if he wanted to go out or not. Well Matthew was on his way out and when I grabbed him he used his outside voice and the ground hog ran off. It wasn't as big as Andrew said it was but when cats tell their stories and it comes to sizes  of things they make them bigger then what they are. This was an adult. Last night when I fed him his treats the downstairs neighbor came home and the lights showed on a opossum but Andrew didn't see it. We get the so called rodent animals here in town. Every so often we also get skunks.  The baby blue jays are so cute. The adults were yelling at Andrew this morning and it was funny. They were on the fence when he went out. If he gets out the gate he can't get out to where they are. His leash only lets him get to the pole of the gate. There is grass there he likes to chew on. What so much excitement so early in the morning.

Mom

Hey ebery bode guessed what. Me mom say cooled enoughed dat her opened me birdie tv. Yep me gotted me so me can heared the birdies from in me house. Dey singed a song to me why me eatted me bedfast. Mom telled me me no getted da birdie tvs dat has dem cooly dings in dem. Mom say dis is cool down only today. But her opened me birdie tv to maked me brats getted outside air. Me do not dink dey needed outside air dey tubebit. Dis morning Matfew pulled me tieing ding all da way in da house. Me no go no where butted next to door. Me no able pulled it back outsided wif me. 

Andrew

It has rained for many days so no birds on the bird TV. I am sad when no birds. Dumb rain took away the birds. Birds come back when the rain ends, meowmy said.

Me gotted me birdie tv sounded on. Me mom say her gotted close sound off in da morning cause it going to getted hot gain. Me yik me sound on me birdie tv. Me going be sad. Me had yots of birdies. Dat brown ding been in me yard gain too. Mom say dey no give her day me birdie tv sound be on gain. Mom say it going to have sky water too so nother reason no sound and maybe no birdies.

First comes the water from sky for many days and now can be too cold for the birds. Me is sad because there is no bird what to on bird tv. There is always something that the birds do not show or squirrels. Dumb summer! I want the birds back!
Is it a terribly awful big creature back in the yard?!? Is it scary? Meowmy  said that here are no such creatures. But here is beavers and a weird creature... muskrat. Meowmy has seen muskrat, it was almost like beaver.

We gotted hot gain. No birdies when it hot me trees far from me house so me yard very sunny. Hurted me eyes when brighted. Me no happy eider cause birdies hide. Me see no squirrel eider. Mom say dey called dat brown ding a woodchuck too. Mom say dey also called dem ground hogs. Her telled me in des States dey call dem different dings. Him no come to me yard eider. Mom say dey saided on her birdies tv dat me can haved me windows open on me birdie tv tonight and all day morrow. Me happy bout dat. Oh mom telled me we no getted beabers in city. Mom telled me her see dem when her go for ride in country. 

Andrew

Yes Andrew is happy that I opened the windows tonight. We even get to leave them open tomorrow all day as it is suppose to be cool and sunny. Andrew forgot to tell you he was my guard cat when I had to take kitty garbage out to the dumpster. I even had to check the mail. It has gotten cooler as the day went on. When I got home at noon it was hot and humid and by supper time we got to open the windows. That was at 6. Next week it is suppose to be super hot and humid so I told Andrew and the babies to enjoy the open windows. They said it will be after the 25th before it starts to really cooling down. His big friend that showed up is called different things depending on where in the States you are. On groundhog day they are called that. So over in the New York and Eastern States they call them groundhogs in the Midwest and West States they are called ground hogs or woodchucks. He hasn't been here since it got hot again. So we are going to enjoy the open birdie tvs till it get hots again.

Mom

The birds returned to the day and disappeared again. Meowmy said the hot air is coming back this week. Me don't like hot air, it takes the birds out of the bird TV. Summer is a point past said meowmy, maybe the birds will stay longer then so I can watch a lot of birds on bird TV.

Me mom telled me no birdies on me birdie tv cause too hot for dem. Me no dink so. Me dink mom scared dem way wif her cooter. It maked noise and her parked out me birdie tv. Me did seeed dat big browned furry ding. Him on me birdie tv. Me no stand why birdie no come to me tv but  dat brown furry ding come. Me watched him and mom seeed me in my birdie tv and her rided dat cooter and scared him under dat ittle housed dey keeped dat youd ding dat eatted me birdie tv green yard. Mom sayed her gaid him no go under hers. We haved a pastic one and dey haved big one maded from wooded tuff. Him no fun if him runned under it cause me no see him.

Andrew

We had raccoons in our lanai!   They make a mess.   They broked mama’s screen roof!    And they knock over the statute of the saint that likes animals and broked his arm.  I think they even stuck out their tongue at me!

(yup.  They came through a hole in the screened in lanai, or ripped it themselves.   Guess they thought there was food.   I don’t feed the cats out there, not even water.   Ella puffed up and stayed that way, Sasha couldn’t have cared less.   St. Francis lost an arm....which is funny cuz when Ella knocked him over, she broke his head off,   Poor st. Francis.)

Me no dem in me birdie tv. Me got no birdie or eben me new furry friend. Him poked him head out den go back in. Mom say him may comed out in dark. Me no see him in dark cause him dark. Mom no funny. Me seeed dem birdies dis morning but no more for da day, Mom say it too hotted out der. Me mom telled me no go in pen cause too hotted out der. Me no eben able checked to see for me self. Me mom bedder let me go in morning. Mom say it going get 100F by time her off for week. Mom go to dat VET 5 day and comed home melling funny. Me no yike it hot cause mom closed birdie tv freshed air opening but me till able to looked out me birdie tv. Me dinked dem bandit dings needed pay to fixed you tuff. Dey no nice.

Andrew

Don't believe Andrew being brave when the ground hog comes out from under the shed. He gets up and tries to come in the house when he comes out. If he is in the house he is brave but he has stairs and a window protecting him. He hates it when he can't go out but it is going to be too hot till Monday here. So he will only be able to go out in the morning before I go to work. I have to be there at 7am. 

Mom

Mama called some people, to come and find the raccoons.   She afraid they will get in her attic and have babies and poop.  They put something in the attic to make the raccoons stay away.  Mama can’t smell it, but we can.  It smells awful.  I don’t blame the raccoons for staying away.  Yucky.

mama took down the bird feeder before she went on her trip, and before she took us to grandpa’s.  She forget to put it back up, so our birdies aren’t in our birdie tv.  Come on mama, we need our birdies tv back!

Me birdies or furry brown creature no show up till maybe nexted week. Mom say too hot so dey hided in trees and fuzzy under shed. Me mom say me no go outed der cause too hot. Me dink mom no truff. Mom say pose getted ober 100F but me no beleeb her. Me wanted me birdies. Mom say her no feeded birdies cause people telled her on paper no feeded birdies. Mom needed no yisten to dem but yisten to me. Mom telled me no cause her no go in dat white tuff to feeded dem. Mom say dey telled her no cause Fuzzy and dem black and white yucky melling dings and poopsums and dem ones in you house. Me guess me ok wif dat.

Andrew

The people that lived downstairs uses to feed the birds and anything else that came in the yard. S0 the owner posted that we can't feed the birds or animals since they the wild animals damaged the buildings. I am ok no feeding them cause I don't want to go out in the snow to feed them. Our neighbor feeds the birds but Andrew can't see the feeder but the birds comes over into our yard cause the feeder is close to the fence. Nothing our owner can do about that. This summer the ground hog is the only wildlife I have seen this summer. He is a young guy.

Mom

The birds are back. Me so happy! Many birds were seen in the bushes and trees. At least 20 birds.

Raccoon bears sound scary and big. Meowmy said that there are also some smelly creatures and those with spikes on their backs. We have no such creatures here except squirrels, birds, hedgehogs, pheasants, quails, beavers, badgers, wolves, foxes and raccoon dogs (looks like raccoons). Squirrels, birds and pheasants can be seen on the bird tv.

Vili slightly increases the number of birds, maybe 7 birds seen. Now he sits on the table watching birds jumping from branch to other. Can't hear me talking, just watching the birds.
