Oh no! Hope the pumpkin helps. We keep our fingers and paws crossed for Sasha

We had a veterinarian prescribe Pinja for human stomach softening it helped when Pinja had a hard stomach after a moment of "beauty surgery". Vet found hernia from Pinja´s stomach, which were come when Pinja had been sterilized and after surgery a stitch had ruptured as the she jumped place to place and run. After the second operation she in the big cage for the next 3 weeks at night and slept there during the day too (the door was open during the day).

The ups and downs of a sick cat.  How do parents of humans handle it? Jeez.

she seems better today.  There’s poop in the litter box.  I am assuming based on her moving around like normal, that some of it is hers.  Whew.

dr. S said giving her pumpkin is ok. And maybe mixing a little Metamucil in their water.

i, on the other hand, managed to twist my knee walking out into the Florida room to check on the poop.  So I’ve had my leg up on a pillow for most of the day, with an ice pack on the knee.  Yay me.  I start school next week, I gotta get it better!

thanjs for, everyone listening during this week of terror. I appreciate it more than I can say!

Ella Belle tell mama to just take a deep breathe. If she is pooing and eating everything is ok. I had to give Alex pumpkin as it helps with constipation. Most cats like it. Andrew did and so I had to sneak it to Alex because it worked too good on Andrew. It is the easiest for cats. If Dr S says lactulose it will be harder to give her and it is sticky. Pumpkin is much better because you can get it at the store. Lactulose you have to get from your vet or drug store because it is medicine and yes yucky mouf as Andrew calls it. It is really a human drug. So if pumpkin is working you are lucky. I haven't heard of the stuff she said to put in the water. I work in the treatment area at my vet clinic so I won't say they have never told someone to do it. I sprained my ankle a couple years ago then went to Dallas for 4 days after it. I am to this day paying for it. So I know how you feel. They want me to wear a knee support wrap which they say will help stabilize my ankle but it makes my knee hurt. I was born with bad legs. I had to wear braces on them till I was in high school when I could tell my mom no more. So if something happens from my hips down I am a mess. So weekends I try to take it easy. This week isn't going to be easy for me. It is our fair week and I am working there and at the clinic. Oh well.

Good thing Sasha is feeling better. Sometimes there is stress with children, whether they are hairy or hairless.
When I was younger, my ankles went to the ligaments and I still struggle a lot and sometimes less. The other hip is bad because I fell down the stairs when I was younger and now I have knee problems with osteoarthritis and my back is bad. The more older I become I feel that the future bring more health problems to me (I am still under 50 years of age and often I feel like I am over 90).
Have to try the pumpkin next time cats have stomach problems.

Sasha Cat seems to be doing better.  She and me are happy mama home.  Mama says she not go anywhere for lots of sleeps.  Mama talked to Dr. S and Dr. S said she thought Sasha Cat not really sick but stressed and then got scared of litter and had “voidance issues.”  Mama gave us back out walnut litter and not using the “poor girl’s world best.”   Humans are weird.   But Dr. S also said maybe wood pellets might be good, so mama going to try them.   We will have four boxes now!   Mama said Dr. S said to use a big plastic box for at least one, so “chunky, monkey Ella” can’t jump in it.  Mmph.  I teach her next time we visit her, calling me chunky, monkey.  I not a monkey!  I am a cat!   And I’m not chunky!  I fluffy!

Ella Bella

The pumpkin seemed to help, so I will give her that at least once a week.  I’ve been gone so much this summer, that Dr. S thinks that it’s more stress than her being really sick.   I like roller coasters, but I can get off this one now!

Hey their litter is Fresh Step/Fresh Paws. I have tried different ones on them and this is the best clumping litter I have found. Some of the litter that is talked about we can't get in our area. I can't do things like Chewy cause they have to deliver at my home and people steal packages off my porch. So I have to get what I get. I have looked for some of them since Alex passed away to try in a litter box since I have 5 of them but not a go. I did try pine once when Alex and his litter mate I adopted were kittens and they thought the floor was a better potty. I changed from that to what the person I got them from and the potty was in the pans. So it was the litter. That litter was Tidy Cat but then that stopped clumping good I asked a few people what they used and Fresh Step was what I was told. So I switched to it and love it. Clumps nice for me.

How's Sasha?
I've been using wood pellets for many years. Everybody's going to the box there, be it wood pellets or sand. Wood pellets are light so some of them can be found on floors (it is not comfortable to step on one in the middle of the night), pellets turn into sawdust when they get very wet, pellets leave from the tile floor more easily than sand. Pellets are sold here in larger bags than sand and the pellet bag is lighter in weight than the sand bag.
When Roosa&Nöpö were little babies they were playing in the sandbox and I was afraid they would eat sand so I switched sand to pellets and they stopped playing in the sandbox and I didn't have to worry about eating sand anymore. When Roosa & Nöpö were bigger I changed back to using sand.

Andrew is the fussy one with litter. When I switched to Fresh Step he peed and pooed next to the litter pan so I brought a jug of Tidy cats and mixed a little on top and he used it. I was glad when I didn't have to do that anymore. Alex was really easy. Just switched and he was fine. With him the only thing he was a brat with was he wouldn't eat pate. So now that the babies eats pate Andrew won't touch it. I can't win with him.

Mama has been without internet for days!

sasha Cat seems ok.  Mama think she not really herself still, but she pooping in the box and not trying to poop everywhere.  Mama trying different things to make her poop soft.   But she eating and drinking ok.   We just taking it one day at a time.   Mama said she will try the wood pellets on pay day.   Isn’t that a chocolate bar?

Mom no changed me yitter to wood. Her tried it on Alex when him baby. Her telled dat him eatted it so her had go to us yitter. Matfew would eatted it cause him no mart yiks me. \

Andrew

I just remembered I tried the pellet litter with my first cat. She lived to be 19. She used the floor when I tried it on her. I still had it when I got Alex and his brother and Alex kept eating it. So since I have used clumping kind. I have changed brands. I want to try the kind Shelley uses but can't always get to the pet store. I just thought of something to help Sasha Cat to get her to poo. See if you can find a high fiber diet. Just a thought. Our internet has been acting up lately. They have been working on the house and ended up having to replace the modem. Then the dvr went out and had to replace that. Both the internet and cable is the same company. So within 4 days I had to go back. Now the microwave is going bad. I can't use numbers 1 to 5. So yes you guessed it I have to replace the microwave.

Nice to hear that Sasha is already doing much better.
We were worried about Vili having a pee pee problem and still watching him when he pee in the box, drink well and whether he is happy himself or sore etc. When he was sore he peeing everywhere except the box.
The current sand is of good quality to keep odors away, stays well when you clean the box and 40 liters is long enough to use. We have a 40 liter plastic narrow box with lid in the bathroom next to the boxes. Some of the sand we have tried will allow the smell to pass through almost immediately and will not stick together when cleaning the box. So do some wood pellets. Wood pellets retain the smell of wood, even if they are wet with pee, you will not notice the actual pee smell until the pellets are just sawdust and damp.

A few years ago, the dishwasher first broke down and a few months later the washing machine broke down and last year my television broke down. What breaks down next? Fridge? Which one is the freezer? Microwave? The stove cannot be broken because it is new, the previous one left the thermostat knobs in hand when you put the plate to heat for cooking and the front of the stove became hot, which it does not normally do. I think my computer will crash next because it has already done the same strange things that the previous machine did until it crashed.

I do check to make sure all 3 boys are peeing good. I watch Andrews drinking WATER amount and peeing amount to keep an eye out for diabetic or kidney problems. I have had both these problem with kitties so I watch it close. We are all good meowmy, mama, and moms for these kitties even though they think we are crazy litter box stalkers.

Ohh he is so cute, your mum made it by herself, they are looking so cute and adorable, I didn't make anything for my pet, due to shortage of time, but I bought few props of my cat from spirit Halloween Coupon Codes at Reecoupons, I will share pics of them after Halloween.
